Teehee, today was a bit special day for me, because... ta dah! I graduated! So I'm officially a graphic designer now, at your service! ♥ I asked Wolf to take a picture of me and my friend J, who also graduated.

I just came to make this quick announcement, before heading to celebrate our graduation at friend's parents' summer cottage. A little bit of bubbly, barbeque, lovely weather and great friends, could life be any more awesome right now? ♥ I need to behave, though, since tomorrow I'm going to a local erotic shop's ladies night to show and tell a little bit about burlesque with lovely Madam Hardware! Hiya fellas!

I'm beginning to think that it is impossible for me to update this blog regularly. The problem is, when I actually do something that would be worthwhile to update I'm most likely not taking photos of the event, but enjoying it fully. I suck at blogging, haha... but yeah I actually came to babble a bit about the past couple of days weeks months.

Some of you probably know that I'm attempting to graduate this spring. That means the whole year I have been juggling several school projects to get points, working on my thesis and the project going with it, filling up my portfolio and on my spare time, practicing burlesque.

Boohoo my laptop is all dusty.

Also, I have an art exhibition coming up soonish. I'm up to my elbows in paint but then again I really enjoy painting! I just have a very tight schedule, which sucks because I would really like to spent even more time to finish up each painting. :I

We also have another burlesque gig coming up, so I have been making props, mainly new pasties. ♥ I really like making them, even though I'm still not very skilled at it... But well, my boobies ain't complaining. :D

Next Sunday I'm also going to model again, it has been ages since I have been in front of a camera. I'm really, really excited about the project! The photographer gave me a little something beforehand to make preparations... guess what we'll be shooting? :D

Of course, I have had some free time also. I have spent it visiting friends and relatives, having friends over at our place, partying, playing Magic the Gathering and Dungeons and Dragons... oh yeah and I turned 24 in the end of February also. Too bad I didn't take any pictures from my party, it was Alice in Wonderland -themed. :) I also ordered something nice for myself from ebay afterwards. ♥

Squee~! Absinthe spoon! It cost  around ten euros with postage. :3

And these beauties! I needed a new pair of party heels for winter since my loyal Pleasers are finally falling apart after 4 years of excessive wearing. :< But these are so pretty! Cheap too, around 30 euros with postage. ♥

Truth to be told I have been shopping quite a lot, but only second hand. I cleaned up our closets and threw out/sold/donated dosens of kilos of clothes and well, there wasn't much left so I really needed some new basic everyday wear. I might show those items too, depends whether Wolf is willing to take photos. :3

Meh, my life has been busy as hell lately, I'm hoping summer won't be nearly as hard. I have been looking for a perfect job after graduation,and I hope I can start already during summer but still, it cannot be this hard. :D But to all to my readers: happy springtime, Easter is coming up and that means CHOCOLATE. ;3 ♥

Rubber

Firstly, I need to apologise the rather poor picture quality. Firstly, Wolf (who was super sweet to take these pictures) is rarely at home during the few hours of sunlight, especially at the same time as myself and secondly, from now on we probably have to use our cellphone cameras since our only memory card reader broke. :< I wont buy a new reader or cord since I'm planning to buy a new camera anyway in a few months. But yeah, some pictures of the clothes I bought on our trip to London and some other items as well. :3

I bought this Lip Service Ring A Ding Ding Pinstripe Vinyl Skirt from some store in Camden, I think it was DarkSide. :) Such beautiful piece of clothing. I would like to buy the matching shirt also, but I haven't found one in my size (which I think is small in Lip Service) with a reasonable price tag

 also. :< If someone has the One For My Baby Cap Sleeve Top in black and size small I would be interested in buying it. :3

I'm also wearing my new hand bag. I don't remember the brand but I purchased it in Romeo & Julia in Oulu. My poor Demonia bat bag broke (didn't even own it for one year, come on!) so I needed a new one, fast. I really like it, except for the insides, which is black. Just like everything inside it. So I really can't find shit. :D But it is pretty. x3 <3

This latex outfit was the main thing of the London shopping trip. It is actually a playsuit and a high-waist skirt. Both of these are from Honour, but the brand is Skin Two. I totally loved Honour as a shop! The personnel were really nice, the shop well organized and beautifully decorated. I think I tried on half the latex items in the store. :D While leaving both my wallet and heart felt light as feathers... *sigh*

The last piece in this post was a gift from my lovely friend Neeppu. Latex panties from Westward Bound! Awwwwwwwwh I cannot even describe how happy I am! Thank you lovely woman! <3 I definitely have to get some Alice in Wonderland outfit, just because of this lovely, lovely sky blue and cream white coloring. <3

So yeah, pretty much all the nicest pieces of clothing I've bought since summer. :3 Some basic pinstripe pants from flea market and maybe a t-shirt... but so basic I cant be bothered to photograph them. :P Actually I'm selling/throwing out like 75% of my clothing at the moment. Table is reserved and the best pieces have already been bought by friends. I want and need SPACE. But well, I guess that's all for now. :3 I'm off to bed, since I have a draw and paint class early tomorrow. Buh-bye!

We are but falling leaves

Today on our way to shop I had to admit that autumn is finally here. Trees seem to be getting naked faster than horny teenagers and that made me think of last summer. Although it wasn't as warm as I had hoped we had many, many fun days. <3

Tämänpäiväisellä kauppareissulla se oli myönnettävä; syksy on viimein täällä. Puut riisuutuvat ilkosilleen vauhdikkaammin kuin kiimaiset teinit ja se sai minut ajattelemaan mennyttä kesää. Vaikka viime kesä ei ollutkaan niin lämmin kuin olisin toivonut mahtui siihen paljon ihania päiviä. <3

In the beginning of the summer me and Wolf celebrated our anniversary and went to eat at a viking restaurant called Harald. The food was awesome and the evening all around romantic. <3 I can totally recommend the place! Later at home we watched a movie and had "some" fruits, chocolate and baguette for movie snacks. ;)

Kesän alussa juhlittiin Susihukan kanssa vuosipäivää ja käväistiin syömässä viikinkiravintola Haraldissa. Ruoka oli herkullista ja ilta kaikenkaikkiaan romanttinen. <3 Voin todellakin suositella paikkaa! Myöhemmin kotona katseltiin elokuvaa eväinä patonkia, suklaata ja "vähän" hedelmiä. ;)

Although I worked very much this summer and had to get up very early almost every day we managed to find time to meet some friends and have a few pints. :) That particular evening in the pictures I was wearing my purple Marlies Dekkers lingerie which Wolf bought me for our anniversary. <3

During summer we played lots and lots of games! We play Forgotten Realms pen & paper Dungeons and Dragons and Magic the Gathering rather actively nowadays. :) And eat. :D For some reason playing and eating go together seamlessly. ;) In the picture gluten free pancake, vanilla ice-cream and strawberries... oh and my character sheet!

Kesän aikana ehdittiin pelata paljon! Pelataan nykyään melko aktiivisesti Forgotten Realms pen & paper Dungeons and Dragonsia ja Magic the Gatheringiä. :) Ja syödään. :D Jostain syystä pelailu ja syöpöttely kuuluvat saumattomasti yhteen. ;) Kuvassa muuten gluteenitonta pannaria, vaniljajäätelöä ja mansikoita... niin ja mun hahmolomake!

We also had a few fun dates! This particular one in the pictures was a pretty random thing... we went to beach with some snacks and books, had huge ice cream dishes and later on went to see the latest Batman movie! Random, but super fun! I think it is very important to go to dates just for fun even when you have dated for years and years. <3

Käytiin myös muutamilla hauskoilla treffeillä! Kuvissa näkyvä reissu oli melko suunnittelematon... mentiin rannalle eväiden ja kirjojen kera, jättisuurille jäätelöannoksille ja katsastamaan uusin Batman! Randomia mutta sairaan hauskaa! Mun mielestä on tärkeää käydä silloin tällöin treffeillä vaikka olisi seurustellut jo monia vuosia. <3

One of the best things about the summer is our summer cottage. <3 And when the autumn presses on picking blueberries is a must and so is baking blueberry pie! This year I nearly ate myself out of the little blue devils. ;)

Yksi parhaista asioista kesässä on mökkeily ja syksyn lähestyessä mustikanpoiminta ja mustikkapiirakan leivonta! Tänä vuonna söin itseni melkein ulos noista sinisistä pikku pirulaisista. ;)

All in all I must say this was a fun and relaxing summer! I gained a bit weight though and got sleep deprived because of work but I totally had a blast and I regret nothing. <3 And since I didn't have an actual holiday during summer I booked flights to London for me and Wolf for autumn break. >:) Still one month to go though... can't wait! How about you, best readers? Did you have a holiday, work, any time off at all and most importantly fun during summer? :)

Ps. Oh, btw. I started this new project recently that required a stage name. I picked Batsinthe Belfry and since I liked it so much I decided to use it here as well. I also changed the look of the blog, please tell me what do you think of it! :)

Ps. Niin juu btw aloittelin hiljattain uutta projektia joka vaati taiteilijanimen. Päädyin nimeen Batsinthe Belfry ja koska tykkäsin siitä niin kovasti päätin ottaa sen käyttöön myös blogin puolella. Muutin myös vaihteen vuoksi blogin ulkoasua, mitä pidätte, arvon lukijat? :)

Oh, I have totally forgotten about this! I was helping out a couple of friends and working as an extra in a commercial to promote their upcoming game Zombie Cruise. The game itself seems so cool! I also got one bottle of sparkly wine from our exchange student friend couple Angelica ja Patrik but we drank that already... :D It was good though!

A couple of new piercings (lobe and navel) are a gift from my beloved Wolf. <3 He also got me some jewellery for my navel (when it's properly healed of course) and took me to one very special event I don't want to reveal. ;) I'll just say I had the most amazing time. <3

The Event is held in 45 Special, Oulu tonight at 18.00. I'll be there. And you should be too.

She's in parties

Hi! I'm sorry about the lack of updates... I've been working from 8.30 to 22.00 almost every day and when I haven't I have most definitely been drunk. Last Friday I attended to OSAKORock event, which was held in the local heavy metal bar called Hevimesta. I had so much fun and I met many friends there and even managed to make some new acquaintances, nice to meet you both Variaznel and Neeppu. :3 Anyway, speaking of parties I just came to tell you that if you happen to be in Oulu on Wednesday (19.10.) there will be a goth/industrial/etc. club night on Nuclear Nightclub. The club is called Chambre Noir and the tickets will be 2e. I'll be there for sure, yay! <3

Heips! Anteeksi viimeaikainen blogihiljaisuus... Olen puurtanut koulun parissa puoli ysistä ilta kymmeneen lähes päivittäin ja silloin kun en ole tehnyt töitä olen melko todennäköisesti ollut kännissä. Viime perjantaina kävin tuulettumassa OSAKORockissa joka järjestettiin tänä vuonna Hevimestassa. Ilta oli tosi hauska, paljon kavereita tuli vastaan ja pari uutta tuttavuuttakin jopa. oli hauska tututstua Variaznel ja Neeppu. :3 Kummiskin bileistä puheen ollen piipahdin vain kertomaan että jos satutte olemaan Oulussa keskiviikkona (19.10.) niin Nuclear Nightclubissa olisi tarjolla gootti/industrial/jne. klubi-ilta. Shoot me again

Hiya! This weekend has not been too productive, but at least it has been fun and relaxing one. :) Yesterday I had a date with Wolf. We went to have some coffee, tea and cake (I had absolutely delicious strawberry cheese cake <3). After that we bought a new hair trimmer since our old one broke. :< But now we have this. We haven't tried it out yet, though. :P After that I had burlesque course instructed by gorgeous Cherry Bonbon. <3 It was just awesome! It definitely inspired me to make my very first tassels and get them to spin like hell. >;) Let's see if I can make it later. xD Today our friend called us and invited us to have some lunch and model for him after that. Heipsan! Tämä viikonloppu ei ole ollut turhan tuottelias, mutta sitäkin hauskempi ja rentouttavampi. :) Eilen käytiin pikku treffeillä Susihukan kanssa. Käytiin kahvilla/teellä ja pullaakin oli (söin aivan mielettömän nannaa mansikkajuustokakkua <3). Kahvittelun jälkeen paineltiin ostamaan uusi hiustrimmeri vanhan sanottua sopimuksensa irti. :< Nyt meillä on siis tämmöinen. Ei olla kyllä vielä kokkeiltu. :P Shoppailun jälkeen mulla oli ohjelmassa burleskityöpaja jonka veti ihastuttava Cherry Bonbon. <3 Oli aivan mahtavaa! Inspiroi todellakin väkertämään itselle omat ihka ensimmäiset tasselit ja laittamaan ne pyörimaan kuin perkeleet. >;) Saapa nähdä mitä siitä tulee. xD Tänään sitten kaveri soitteli josko tultais sinne syömään ja sen jälkeen kuvataviksi.
