Lady Luck

Today I went to Nallikari beach straight from work with a good friend of mine. It was fun and relaxing to just lay on the beach, enjoy the sun and chat. And when I finally returned home my beloved fiancé Wolf was waiting for me with a lovely flower, a box of chocolates and a small gift for me: a pair of fishnet suspender style pantyhose I've been needing for a while. <3 The package included one other thing for both of us to enjoy but that I'll leave a secret. ;> I'm starting to realize just how lucky I am to have such wonderful people in my life. <3 Thanks guys!

Tänään painelin suoraan töistä biitsille Nallikariin hyvän ystäväni kanssa. Oli hauskaa ja rentouttavaa vaan makoilla hiekalla, nauttia auringosta ja jutella. Ja kun viimein palasin kotiin minua odotti ihana sulhaseni Susihukka, kauniin kukan, suklaarasian ja pikku lahjan kera: sukkanauhaverkkosukkikset, joita olenkin tarvinnut jo pidemmän aikaa. <3 Pakettiin kuului oikeastaan vielä yksi juttu molempien iloksi, mutta jääköön se salaisuudeksi. ;> Alan hiljalleen tajuta kuinka onnekas olen kun minulla on näin ihania ihmisiä elämässäni. <3 Kiitos pojille!

Second hand faith is all I need

Hi again! It's raining cats and dogs outside so it's a great day to do a little blogging. :> I thought that today I could update my recent (and not so recent) shopping.

Hei taas. Ulkona sataa kaatamalla, joten on hyvä päivä bloggailla vähän. :> Ajattelin postata tänään viimeaikaisia (ja ei niin viimeaikaisia) ostoksiani.

Let's begin with the camo top from the flea market, 50 cents. Basic and useful. :P Then the black porcelain mask from the flea market also. Can't remember the price, I think it was 1,50 or 2 euros... cheap anyway. I hung it over our hallway mirror. :>

Aloitetaan camotopilla joka on irtosi kirppikseltä 50 sentillä. Kätevä perusvaate. :P Tuo musta posliininaamio on myös kirppikseltä. En muista tarkkaa hintaa, mutta olisiko ollut 1,50 tai 2 euroa.... halpa kummiski. Ripustin sen eteisen peilin päälle. :>

Fluff pillbox I bought from a booth at midsummer fest. It was only 3 euros and since if I'm not on any meds except the Implanon implant I'm going to use it as a wallet. :>

Fluffin dosetin ostin kojusta juhannuksena. Hinta oli vaivaiset 3 euroa ja koska minulla ei ole muita lääkityksiä kuin Implanonin ehkäisykapseli aijon käyttää sitä kukkarona. :>

The larger photo frames are from a nearby flea market, 1,50 each. I'm going to paint them black. :3 The leather frame is from a flea market also, I think it was 1 or 1,5 euros... Notice the picture of me and Wolf from the last zombiewalk in Oulu. :D

Isommat kehykset läytyivät kirpparilta, 1,50 kappale. Malaan ne vielä mustaksi. :3 Nahkainen kehys on myös kiirppislöytö, olisiko ollut euron tai puolitoista... Huomatkaa kuva minusta ja Susihukasta Oulun viime zombiewalkista. :D

A leather pencil case for Wolf, I guess it was 1e or less. The skull pencil case for myelf, 50 cents if I remember correctly. And the can was 50 cents too I suppose.

Nahkainen penaali Susihukalle, maksoi muistaakseni euron tai vähemmän. Kallopenali itselleni, olisiko ollut 50 senttiä. Purkki samaten jos oikein muistan.

Baby pink sunglasses, 1e from a flea market. In some perverse way I really like these. xD

Vaaleanpunaiset arskat eurolla kirppikseltä. Jollain perverssillä tavalla tykkään näistä kovasti. xD

A leather collar from a flea market, 3e. I've been thinking about getting a similar one from Deviant but I got lucky! o/

Nahkainen kaulapanta kirppikseltä, 3e. Olin ajatellut ostaa vastaavanlaisen Deviantista mutta minua onnisti. o/

2 bags, larger one is Marimekko and it cost me 1e and the smaller one is a German army bread bag, 6e. Both are from a nearby flea market.

2 laukkua, isompi on Marimekon ja maksoi vaivaisen euron ja pienempi on Saksan armeijan leipälaukku joka kustansi 6e. Molemmat löytyivät läheiseltä kirppikseltä.

A small pillow covered with sequins. I think this was 1,50e or 2e at flea market.

Pieni paljettityyny, hintaa taisi olla 1,50 tai 2 euroa kirppiksellä.

A "Happy cat" bottle was 2e and the corset bottle... I guess 2e if I remember correctly. Both from a flea market.

"Happy cat" -pullo 2e ja korsettipullo... muistaakseni myös 2e. Molemmat kirppikseltä.

Two skulls. The one on the left is a skull of a bear and the one on the right is from a reindeer. They cost me 10e each. I just couldn't resist the appealing stare of those empty eye sockets... :D

Kaksi kalloa. Vasemmanpuoleinen on peräisin karhusta ja oikeanpuoleinen porosta. Nuo kustansivat minulle kympin kappaleelta. En voinut vastustaa noiden tyhjien silmäkuoppien vetoavaa tuijotusta... :D

I also updated our bedroom a bit. You see, previously I used to sit on the couch with my laptop but when I got my first paycheck for the summer I decided it was time for me to get a proper working space and (finally) a new tablet. I decided to locate my new headquarters in our bedroom so one of the two shelves had to go to make room for the table. Me and Wolf dumbster dived the table so it was free, I just painted it glossy black and the chair I bought from a flea market with 10e and painted that too. At the same time I changes out bedspread for something more comfortable and relocated the paintings. What do you think? :>

Päivittelin myös meidän makkaria hieman. Datasin ennen sohvalla läppäri sylissä mutta nyt kun sain kesän ekan palkan päätin laittaa itselleni kunnollisen työtilan ja (viimeinkin) uuden piirtopöydän. Päätin sijoittaa uuden päämajani makkariin, joten toinen hyllyistä sai tehdä tilaa pöydälle. Dyykattiin tuo pöytä Susihukan kanssa, eli se oli ilmainen, maalasin sen vain kiiltävän mustaksi ja tuolin ostin kirppikseltä kympillä ja maalasin senkin. Samalla vaihdoin päiväpeitteen mukavampaan ja siirsin tauluja. Mitä tykkätte? :>

And then, last but not least... the tablet. I decided to go with Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touch from Verkkokauppa.com. Wolf even installed it for me last night when I was asleep, thank you honey. <3 So far I have been satisfied with it. :>

Viimeisimpänä, vaan ei vähäisimpänä... piirtopöytä.. Päädyin verkkokauppa.comin Wacom Bamboo Pen & Touchiin. Susihukka jopa asensi tämän minulle sillä aikaa kun nukuin viime yönä, kiitos kulta. <3 Tähän mennessä olen ollut tyytyväinen ostokseeni. :>

Phew. I think that was about it. I have also bougth a pair of black shorts and pants, but since they still need to be washed I'll post them later... maybe. They are pretty basic anyway... :D Anyway, I think I'll go do some drawing now. So long and thanks for the fish!

Huh, siinä taisi olla kaikki. Paitsi olen ostanut myös mustat shortsit ja housut, mutta koska ne ovat pyykissä taidan postata ne myöhemmin... ehkä. Ei ne nyt kovin erikoiset ole kummiskaan... :D No mutta häviän tästä piistelemään. Terve ja kiitos kaloista!

1. The Body Shop mango shower gel & mango whip body lotion

These smell just wonderful. I love mango, it's my favorite fruit. <3 I got these from Wolf a while ago as an anniversary gift. :3 And also, they are not tested on animals as far as I know.

Näiden tuoksu on aivan ihana. Rakastan mangoa ja se onkin lempparihedelmäni. <3 Sain nämä Susihukalta jokin aika sitten vuosipäivälahjaksi. :3 Ja näitä ei myöskään tietääkseni ole tastattu eläimillä.

2.Schwarzkopf Live Color XXL 99 Deep Black

This is the color I always use on my hair. I like it, but *boohoo* it's not cruelty free, poor animals. ;__; If someone knows a good cruelty free black permanent hair dye please let me know!

Tätä väriä käytän aina hiuksiini. Tykkään siitä., mutta *yhyy* se ei ole eläinkoevapaa, eläinraasut. ;__; Jos joku tietää hyvän eläinkoevapaan mustan kestovärin niin antakaa kuulua pliis!

3. XZ Karpalo & Kinuski shampoo & hoitoaine

This shampoo & conditioner couple smells divine. <3 Cranberry and caramel to be exact. They are Finnish products, not tested on animals and silicone free! What could be better than that?

Tämä shampoo & hoitoaine pariskunta tuoksuu jumalaiselle. <3 Karpalolle ja kinuskille jos tarkkoja ollaan. Tuotteet ovat suomalaisia, eläinkoe- ja silikonivapaita! Mikä voisi enää olla parempaa?

4. XZ Tyrni hiuskiinne

This hairspray is again free from cruelty and silicone. It smells of buckthorn and the can is huge and fairly cheap. I like the design of the bottle too. I also have the travelling side mini spray. :3

Tämä tukkalakka on myös silikoniton ja eläimillä testaamaton. Se tuoksuu tyrnille ja pullo on iso ja verrattain halpa. Tykkään myös pakkauksen ulkomuodosta. Ja omistan myös saman tuotteen matkakoossa. :3

5. Nivea Pearl & Beauty Roll-on

I like this product because it can be applied right after shaving. I shave quite a lot and often in a hurry, so this product is a must for me. Also it's not tested on animals.

Pidän tästä tuotteesta, koska sitä voi käyttää vasta-ajeltuihin kainaloihin. Ajelen paljon ja usein kiireessä, eli tämä on ihan must mulle. Eikä ole testattu eläimillä.

6. Wet n Wild Cover All Concealer Palette

Only one thing to say... It's super effective (go Bulbasaur!). Awesome for my couperosa skin, covers eyebags and pimples nicely too. :> And not tested on animals (again).

Voin vain sanoa että... It's super effective (go Bulbasaur!). Mahtava tuote mun couperosaiselle iholle, peittää kivasti myös silmäpussit ja finnit. :> Eikä (edelleenkään) eläinkokeita.

7.Wet n Wild Ultimate Match SPF 15 Foundation

This stuff is cheap and I would never have guessed how well it blends and covers! I guess it truly is an ultimate match... o_o Anyway, great stuff and cruelty free yay.

Tämä on tosi halpaa enkä olisi ikinä uskonut miten hyvin se sulautuu ihoon ja peittää! Taitaa tosiaan olla ultimate match... o_o Joka tapauksessa hyvää kamaa ja julmuusvapaata jee.

8. Lumene Blackest Black Extra Volume Mascara

Makes lashes black, long and thick. I guess this hasn't been tested on animals either? Correct me if I'm wrong!

Tekee ripsistä mustat, pitkät ja tuuheat. Eikä kaiketi ole testattu eläimillä? Korjatkaa jos olen väärässä!

9. Wet n Wild Mega Liner

Cheap, easy to apply, stays on nicely and cruelty free. Perfect. <3

Halpaa, helppo levittää, pysyy hyvin ja on eläinkoevapaa. Täydellistä. <3

10. Orion Hydrocortison 1%

I have a super bad nickel allergy. Been using this for like... over ten years in a row and couldn't do without it. Everything seems to contain nickel, even money you know.

Mulla on tosi paha nikkeliallergia. Tämä on ollu käytössä jotain... yli kymmenen vuotta putkeen jo enkä pärjäis ilman. Kaikessa tuntuu olevan nikkeliä, kyllä, jopa rahassa.

Rat corpses and pigeon shit.

Hi again! I was modelling for my friend Saida Inkeri Jäntti the other day at an old abandoned mill. The place was awesome! We climbed all the way up to the roof of the silo and the view was just mind blowing. Also it was kind of weird to see birds flying lower than yourself... :D The mill itself was filled with corpses and droppings of rats, voles and birds (waiting for the nephropathia epidemica any minute now...), however, the spaces were beautiful! Here are some pictures she took of me. :)

Hei taas! Olin tuossa muutama päivä takaperin malleilemassa ystävälleni  Saida Inkeri Jäntille vanhalla hylätyllä myllyllä. Paikka oli uskomaton! Kiivettiin jopa ylös siilon katolle ja maisemat oli kerta kaikkiaan upeat. Oli muuten hassua nähdä kun linnut lentää alapuolella... :D Mylly itse oli täynnä rottien, myyrien ja lintujen raatoja ja paskaa (myyräkuumetta odotellessa...), mutta tilat olivat kaikesta huolimatta upeat! Tässä vähän kuvia joita minusta siis näpsittiin. :)

Those boots are mine though, a flea market find from last summer. Practically brand new Pleaser thigh high boots, only six euros! Awesome to wear, but make my knees look a bit fat. :D

Paitsi että nuo saappaat on siis minun, kirpparilöytö viime kesältä. Käytännössä tuliterät Pleaserin reisisaappaat lähtivät mukaan kuudella eurolla! Ihanat käyttää, mutta läskistävät polvia vähäsen. :D

Meh, right now I have nothing much to add. :3 At the moment modelling is just a hobby for me, but of course I take offers if someone is interested in booking me as a model. :)

My beloved Wolf made my day and bought me roses a while ago. <3 He got his first paycheck and he wanted to pamper me a bit. ^_^

Rakas Susihukkani piristi päivääni ostamalla minulle ruusuja jokin aika sitten. <3 Hän sai ensimmäisen kesätyöpalkkansa ja halusi vähän hemmotella minua. ^_^

A Midsummer Night's Dream

Hi and sorry for a rather long silence! I have been busy and as  matter of fact I'm in a hurry right now a little bit too. Anyway, I thought that I should drop by and share some photos from my midsummer fest at Kalajoki and my anniversary with Wolf (four years together <3).

Hei ja anteeksi pitkähkö blogihiljaisuus! Olen ollut vähän kiireinen ja oikeastaan olen kyllä nytkin. Ajattelin kuitenkin pistäytyä Bloggerissa ja laittaa vähän kuvia juhannuksenvietosta Kalajoella ja minun ja Susihukan nelivuotispäivästä. <3

So, we spent our midsummer at Kalajoki, my family has a teeny tiny cottage in there. Our midsummer consisted mainly of drinking, eating, swimming and whipping each other with birch twigs in the sauna and I have to say I think this midsummer was the best yet for me! :)

Eli vietimme siis juhannuksen perheeni pikkuisella mökillä Kalajoella. Juhannukseen kuului pääasiassa ryypiskely, syöpöttely, uinti ja toistemme piiskaaminen vihdoilla saunan hämärässä ja pakko sanoa että tämä juhannus taisi olla itselleni paras tähänastisista! :)

Tee-hee and of course since it really was just the two us most of the time we had a lot of time just top make out at the beach. xD <3

Hehee ja koska oltiin enimmäkseen kahdestaan liikenteessä meillä oli reilusti aikaa muhinoida biitsillä. xD <3

A couple of days after the midsummer we had our anniversary. We had free tickets for Finnkino so we went to see Transformers 3 in 3D. It was awesome, I have to recommend if you are going to watch the movie, choose the 3D vesion. Soooooo pretty. *_____* <3 And another photo of us... :3

Pari päivää juhannuksen jälkeen meillä oli tosiaan vuosipäivä. Koska meillä oli ilmaislippuja Finnkinoon päätettiin sitten mennä katsomaan Transformers 3 3D:nä. Oli muuten mahtava, jos olette menossa katsomaan valitkaa ilman muuta 3D-versio. Kaunista jälkeä. *_____* <3 Ja vielä kuva meistä... :3

We also celebrated by visiting a local tattoo parlor Red & White Ink. We made reservations for both of us and we are going to go under the gun 3.9. :3 I didn't want to have the tattoos in the summer, because of we would have to avoid the sun, sauna and swimming. :P Still, now I feel like I can't wait for the autumn to arrive!

Juhlistettiin vuosipäivää myös vierailemalla paikallisessa tatuointipuljussa Red & White Inkillä. Varattiin siis molemmille ajat syksylle, tarkemmin 3.9. :3 En halunnut ottaa tatuointia kesällä kun pitäisis sitten välttellä aurinkoa, saunaa ja uimista. :P Mutta nyt tuntuu melkein siltä etten jaksais odottaa syksyä!
